ENVELOPE TECHNOLOGY
The passive certified modular system is built using 18mm thick OSB boards on the inside, taped with proprietary airtightness tape. To the exterior, the modules are covered with a Pro Clima Solitex membrane, and Nail Plaster Sealant Tape is applied over all fixings.
A lining membrane on the external side manages moisture, while the external finish features a ventilated facade of charred timber.
